Prove Every Round with a {{Patrol Management System}}
Plan routes. Verify checkpoints. Track compliance live.
TrackLone Patrol is a GPS-based patrol management system for industrial sites. Supervisors see live routes, delays and safety alerts, and get a compliance score for every patrol.
The {{Hidden Gaps}} in Manual Patrols
Patrol registers show that someone was there, not how the patrol was actually done.
Fake or Backdated Entries
Paper logs and copied tags make skipped rounds look complete.
No Proof of the Route Taken
A scan shows arrival, not whether the full route was walked.
Missed Rounds Found Too Late
Supervisors learn about gaps the next morning, not during the shift.
Patrollers Alone with No Safety Net
Night rounds in isolated zones with no way to raise an alarm.

Track & Report
Live progress, alerts and a compliance score for every patrol.
Features That Make Every {{Patrol Accountable}}
Patrol tracking and monitoring built for security, safety and facility teams.
GPS Geofence Checkpoints, No Tags Needed

One press sends an SOS to supervisors with the patroller's exact location.
No-Motion Detection
An alert is raised automatically if a patroller stops moving mid-patrol.
Call, Message or Notify
Reach the patroller directly, or notify the nearest patroller to help.
Device Readiness

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What is a patrol management system?
A patrol management system helps security and EHS teams plan patrol routes, monitor patrols live and verify that every round was completed correctly and on time. TrackLone Patrol adds a compliance score and a proof-of-patrol report for every patrol.
How does TrackLone verify a checkpoint without NFC or QR tags?
Each checkpoint is a GPS geofence drawn on your site map. A checkpoint is marked verified only when the patroller stays inside that boundary for the required dwell time, so there are no tags to install, replace or copy.
What is the difference between a guard tour system and a patrol management system?
A guard tour system records that a guard reached a checkpoint. A patrol management system also plans routes, tracks the full route live, measures timing and route adherence, and scores every patrol for compliance.
How is the patrol compliance score calculated?
Each patrol is scored on four factors: checkpoint compliance, timing compliance, route adherence and patrol completion. The breakdown shows exactly why a patrol scored the way it did.
Can patrollers fake a patrol or skip checkpoints?
It is very hard. A checkpoint is verified only with the patroller physically inside the geofence for the required time, and the actual route is recorded against the planned route. Skipped checkpoints and deviations are flagged automatically, unlike a traditional guard patrol register.
What happens when a patroller is late or deviates from the route?
Supervisors see delays and route deviations live on the dashboard. Each exception is recorded in the patrol report, where a reason can be added and reviewed.
Can patrollers raise an SOS during a patrol?
Yes. Patrollers can raise an SOS that reaches supervisors with their live location. No-motion detection also raises an alert automatically if a patroller stops moving. Learn more about the WP25 lone worker safety device.
Does it support vehicle patrols?
Yes. Routes can be planned for walking or vehicle patrols, with travel-time targets set to match.
How accurate are GPS checkpoints indoors?
GPS works best outdoors and around buildings, such as gates, yards, perimeters and parking areas. Accuracy drops inside large or multi-storey buildings. Each checkpoint has a location accuracy setting and a required dwell time to reduce false readings, and our team will assess your site during onboarding.
What is the price of a patrol management system in India?
Pricing depends on the number of sites, patrollers and devices. Contact us for a quote based on your site →
